  • The automated and dynamic resource procurement of cloud resources is in need to increase the efficiency of cloud resources usage. The proposed resource procurement model follows reverse auctions to select the appropriate cloud vendors for the user given requirements.Cloud broker is the place where the automated resource procurement model is deployed. The user sends the specifications and resource requirements to the cloud broker. The cloud broker pass the requirements to all the vendors associated with the cloud. The cloud vendors respond with their cost and QoS parameters for the broker submitted resource requirements. The cloud broker assigns weights for different QoS parameters responded by the cloud vendors. The cloud broker implements one of Cloud-Dominant Strategy Incentive Compatible (C-DSIC), Cloud-Bayesian Incentive Compatible (C-BIC), or Cloud-Optimal (C-OPT) mechanisms. If any new broker enters into system, and an user submits the resource requirements and specifications to the new broker means, he can easily analyze best vendor in cloud server with the back up results of the previous requirements. So that the broker doesn’t need to again and again pass the user submitted requirements to all vendors and wait for response.
