  • The proposed system proposes the technique minimizing the number of calls blocked per unit time, along with providing better quality of services (QoS) with optimum delay. Hence different resource allocation schemes have been proposed for better user services and system utilization. Optimal Routing Path (ORP) has been proposed with the introduction of cluster-based approach for mobile cellular networks. Cluster head is responsible for selection of the least congested path, and cluster head controls all the nodes in the cluster.

While electing the cluster head for particular cluster, the contributed method considers the energy is also one of the factors to select the cluster head. Many operations performed by the Cluster head, due to these reasons cluster head must have high energy compared to all other nodes in the cluster.
