  • The quality of the multimedia content transmission is enhanced by incorporating the content with QoS parameters. The QoS parameters can be bundled with SOAP messages. By enabling QoS parameters with the service, it becomes QoS aware multimedia web service. Furthermore, the appropriate service is identified by user with descriptions of the content.
