Main Reference PaperAn Incentive Framework for Cellular Traffic Offloading, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, March 2014.
  • A novel incentive framework is mainly focus on investigating the tradeoff between the amount of traffic being offloaded and the users’ satisfaction. Proposed incentive mechanism is to motivate the mobile users with high delay tolerance and large offloading potential to offload their traffic to other intermittently connected networks such as DTN or WiFi hotspots.
