  • An energy-efficient routing mechanism via cluster-based method for the mobile sink in WSNs with obstacles is proposed. In proposed scheme the scheduling for the mobile sink, using the grid-based technique to the WSN with obstacles is provided and the spanning graph is constructed for the mobile sink to find an obstacle-avoiding shortest route. Based on the cluster-based method, the heuristic obstacle-avoiding algorithm dispatches the mobile sink.
