  • A cluster based Sleep/Wake scheduling technique is proposed. Initially, initiator nodes are considered for selecting the cluster head. The cluster head selects a node with the highest energy and keep it in active mode and sends the remaining nodes into the sleep mode. Then again the initiator nodes collect the residual energies details of these clusters and compare with the standard threshold value. If thecluster energy is less than the threshold value then that particular cluster will be sent into the sleep mode.
