  • The proposed work aims at designing a novel congestion control algorithm using Kalman filter. Moreover, the proposed work takes into account the end-to-end one-way delay variation which is observed from the packets traveling from a sender to a destination. The dynamic threshold and the dynamics of a controller located at the receiver are estimated to maintain queuing delays.
