  • Reliability data delivery through high mobility vehicles is not ensured in VANET. A scheme is proposed to ensure the reliability with efficiency in which only well defined packets are transmitted by the low mobility vehicles to reduce the delay and traffic collision.Performance improvement is observed in throughput, reduced overhead.
