  • The proposed work aims at analyzing the performance of outband D2D relay schemes. The proposed work designs the D2D Opportunistic Relay with QoS Enforcement (DORE) for handling channel opportunities offered by outband D2D relay nodes. The resource allocation optimization tools and protocols are used in establishing the QoS-aware opportunistic D2D communications within the architecture of 3GPP Proximity-based Services.
