  • Distributed Information Sharing(DISH) is a new cooperative approach to design multi-channel MAC protocols. In a multi-channel network, DISH avoids collisions by notification from neighboring nodes about channel conflict and deaf terminal problem. Energy efficient strategy altruistic DISH is used. It uses multi-hop communication. Data retransmission is avoided with the assist of intelligent node.
