  • The proposed work aims at solving the congestion problem using a starvation-free stability criterion. The repeated evacuation of all network queues is achieved using backpressure routing and resource allocation algorithm. Moreover, the proposed work designs a stronger per-queue service to guarantee and provide tools to enhance weak streams.
