  • Nowadays majority of applications use TCP to transmit data over the Internet because it removes congestion collapses in the Internet by dynamically adjust the sending rate in accordance with the available bandwidth. Proposed work implements two types of categories,Loss based approach and Delay based scheme. The first one uses the packet loss only as an indication for congestion but the later one seals on congestion as it reduces the transmission rate by adjusting the Round Trip Time.
