  • This work proposes a spatio-spectral anomaly monitoring technique to capture the anomalies in the spectrum sensing reports effectively. An optimistic trust model is used with a normal risk attitude. This work develops a multinomial Dirichlet distribution based conservative trust framework especially for a more conservative and risk averse system. Using a machine learning approach, the proposed work classifies the malicious nodes with high degree of certainty regardless of their aggressiveness of attacks. Subsequently, two instantaneous fusion models, such as optimistic trust based fusion and conservative trust based fusion are also proposed.
