  • The continuous data collection with dynamic traffic pattern is done using a TDMA schedule. Following this schedule, the minimum energy is consumed by sensor nodes for any traffic pattern. TDMA schedule also allows the base station to conclude data collection as early as possible according to the traffic load. Thus it reduces the latency of data collection and achieves significant energy savings.
