  • A Sensing Radius Adaptation (SRA) mechanism is proposed which considers the area coverage problem for a Wireless sensor networks where each sensor has variable sensing radius. A Weighted Voronoi Diagram (WVD) is proposed which is constructed by each sensor. The responsible sensing region of each sensor according to its remaining energy in a distributed manner.
