  • A supervised learning algorithm is proposed that devices can deploy to learn their optimal cooperation strategies online given their experienced network environment. In the proposed algorithm, a User Equipments (UE) estimates two parameters from its interactions with the network environment and then uses these estimates to select its cooperation policy from a pre-computed look-up table.
