  • The proposed work aims at offloading traffic at the edge of the cellular network using a framework of femtocell IP access (FIPA) and selective local controller traffic offloading (SLCTO) technique. The FIPA and SLCTO technologies takes into account the previously proposed 3-Tiered software defined networking (SDN) architecture for dense networks (DenseNets).
