  • This paper, propose a clustering method that uses Hybrid Compressive Sensing(CS) for sensor networks. Within a cluster, nodes transmit data to cluster head (CH) without using CS. CHs use CS to transmit data to sink. In first propose an analytical model that studies the relationship between the size of clusters and number of transmissions in the Hybrid CS Method, aiming at finding the optimal size of clusters that can lead to minimum number of transmission.

  • In our enhancement is Cluster Association technique. The sensor node joins with the cluster head for transmitting the data. The selection of cluster head depends on the distance between sink node and the cluster head. The distance between the sink node and eachcluster head is calculated. By choosing the cluster head which has the minimum distance to the sink node,the number of data transmission is reduced.
