  • This paper proposes a lightweight privacy-preserving framework for verify the correctness of positioning information announced by a vehicle. The verification can be achieved by implementing an Anonymous Verification and Inference of Positions (A-VIP). It aims at verifying the positions announced by correct vehicles while guaranteeing their privacy with respect to the other ones, and at detecting adversarial nodes while inferring their actual locations.
