Workshop in JAVA/J2EE

Java is an object-oriented language with a set of several computer software products merged with oracle specifications that offer a system for developing application software. Java can be executed on a wide variety of platforms, such as Windows, Mac OS, and several versions of UNIX. Java can be deployed even in a cross-platform computing and the computing platforms range from mobile phones to enterprise servers. This is achieved through the generation of Java bytecode, and intermediate representation of Java language program. These Bytecodes are interpreted using Java Virtual Machine (JVM) that exists in most of the operating systems including UNIX, Mac OS and Windows.

J2EE is a platform independent programming environment that develops, builds and deploys web based applications online. J2EE creates a standardized and reusable modular component to simplify the application developments and hence, triggers the tier to tackle with several aspects of the program automatically. J2EE comprises of a set of services, APIs, and protocols to provide functionality for developing multi-tiered applications.
