  • To detect the Black-hole attackers in MANET, the MBDP-AODV exploits the advantages of dynamic sequence number threshold value for destination sequence number using multiple reply packets. The source node sends the SUSPECT packet with a suspected destination sequence number to detect the Black-hole attackers in MANETs. Finally, the identified black-hole attackers are refused to participate in the route discovery process.

Description
