  • This work presents a configurable Android security framework to provide the security solution against the confused deputy attacks in the third-party applications. It protects the applications through the collection of its runtime states, which restricts the risky inter-app communications through capability and policy-based access control. By applying an effective access decision cache system and proactive maintenance method, it protects the third-party applications from the permission leak vulnerabilities by improving the dependability and efficiency of the decision services.
