  • The proposed work focuses on detecting the Android-based malware by extracting the Function Call Graphs (FCGs) from the Android Application Packages (APKs). It recognizes the invocator-invocatee relationship from the local neighborhoods in FCG by performing graphlet mining. By applying the App topologiCal signature through graphleT Sampling (ACTS), it efficiently detects the malware families. Thus, it accomplishes higher malware detection accuracy by capturing the local topological information through only ACTS.
