  • An approach to Detect and Eliminate the Black Holes (DEBH) is suggested for MANETs. The DEBH exploits the advantages of data control packet and an additional black hole check table in order to identify and isolate the attackers from the network. It reduces the processing overhead significantly. After the selection of routing path using AODV. After selecting a route, the security level of a path is measured. In case of detecting any malicious node, it is isolated from the entire network through broadcasting.
