  • This work applies the priority queueing model to address this priority issue in the cognitive radio networks. The proposed works exploits the queueing model and Markov decision processes to minimize the average latency of delay sensitive services. Reinforcement learning is used in the determination of optimal solutions. Moreover, this work proposes the myopic method based on the estimated packet sojourn time, to formulate the data distribution problem.
