  • This paper proposes an event-driven-based proactive approach for estimating and handling the SLA violations using the combination of the logic-based reasoning and probabilistic inferencing. The proposed proactive event-driven approach activates the defined rules in order to determine the event that affects QoS variation, and then estimate the SLA violation because of the event using the combination of the logic-based reasoning and probabilistic inferencing.
