  • The proposed client based cache consistency scheme based on distributed cache invalidation mechanism (DCIM) is proposed in wireless mobile networks. Distributed cache invalidation mechanism (DCIM), a Pull-Based Algorithm ensures the cache consistency through the implementation of techniques such as adaptive Time to Live (TTL) based on the update rate, piggybacking, and prefetching high request rate items.
