  • In web service QoS prediction, to address the issue of cold start problem, a Location-based Matrix Factorization is proposed using the Preference Propagation method. An invocation similarity and neighborhood similarity are fused, and then the fused similarity is used in the process of preference propagation. An invocation similarity is calculated using PCC. For neighborhood similarity, geographical distances between entities are computed.
