  • In-Route Data Rate Adaptation Scheme (IR-DRAS) is proposed. In the proposed scheme, when source/neighbor node detect packet loss due to congestion at forwarding node, data packets are buffered at neighbor node of the congested node to some pre-defined threshold and then the effect of congestion is gradually shifted towards the source nodes.
