This multidisciplinary journal is based on the assumption that the critical issues pertaining to spatial cognition and computation lie at the intersection of a number of disciplines--including cognitive psychology, cognitive science, mathematics and computer science, geography and cartography, animal behavior, neuropsychology, artificial intelligence, philosophy, and planning and architecture.
