  • To determine the hidden attacks in mobile applications, this work analyzes the in-app advertisements in smartphones. The proposed work develops a methodology for both the static and dynamic analysis to identify the advertisement libraries and the running scams. It analyzes the mobile app-web interface regarding the triggering web links, detection of scam and malware campaigns, and finding the provenance of the campaigns while accessing the mobile application.
