The International Journal of Occupational Safety and Ergonomics (JOSE) is a refereed interdisciplinary quarterly journal. Published since 1995, its paramount aim has always been to create a platform for presenting results of research in ergonomics and workplace health promotion relevant for the diverse, yet increasingly globalizing world. Whereas social and economic problems and researchers modus operandi in various countries and climates are similar, legislation, safety and management culture are not.
