    PhD Admission Procedure for Computer Science -Cork Institute of Technology

    To be considered for admission to the Ph.D. study in Computer Science at Cork Institute of Technology, applicants must meet the following requirements:
     •  A minimum of a Second Class Honours Grade 1 or equivalent in a related undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely relevant discipline
     •  An overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no individual score below 6.0 or equivalent
     •  A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the field of Computer Science
     •  Applicant must submit a completed online application form and the relevant supporting documents, including two references from academic or professional sources, a research proposal, and a resume.
