To be eligible for the Ph.D. computer science program at National Chengchi University - Taipei City - Taiwan, applicants must meet the following requirements
• A bachelor-s degree or higher degree in computer science or a closely related field from a recognized university with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
• Submission of a research proposal
• Submission of two letters of recommendation from faculty members
• Satisfactory score on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or other equivalent standardized tests
