The admission requirements for the Ph.D. program at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, Japan, are as follows:
• Applicants must have a master-s degree or equivalent in a closely relevant field from an accredited university
• Applicants must have an excellent academic record, with a minimum GPA of 2.3 or above on a 3.0 scale for their previous degree(s)
