The University of the Basque Country is an institution of higher learning and research situated in the Basque Country in northern Spain. Admission requirements for the University of the Basque Country Ph.D. program are as follows:
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a relevant field
• An overall grade point average of 7.5 or above
• A minimum of 30 ECTS credits in the areas of Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field
• A research proposal detailing the student-s research interests and objectives
• A certificate of proficiency in the Spanish or English language
• Two letters of recommendation
