To be eligible for admission into the Ph.D. in Computer Science program at University Utara Malaysia – Changlun, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• A Master-s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Submission of two letters of recommendation
• Submission of an original research proposal
