NS2 Simulator Examples for Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) with Tutorials
NS2 in integration with SUMO, OpenStreetMap and MOVE tool enables the simulation of a realistic VANET environment through road map creation. Road Side Unit (RSU) nodes and normal vehicle nodes can be configured with different communication range capabilities. IEEE 802.11p protocol designed for VANET is available in NS2. A Nakagami radio propagation model that is suitable to VANET is also available in NS2.
