To apply for a Ph.D. program in Computer Science at Osaka University in Japan, applicants must meet the following admission requirements:
• Applicants must have a master-s degree in computer science or a relevant field from an authorized institution
• International applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English or Japanese. For English proficiency, applicants should submit a TOEFL or IELTS with a minimum score of 79 or 6.0. For Japanese proficiency, applicants should submit a score from the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
• Applicants must submit a research proposal that describes their research interests and proposed project for their Ph.D. studies
• Applicants must provide at least two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references
