Applicants to the Ph.D. program in Computer Science program at Simon Fraser University must meet the following requirements:
• A four-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent, from an approved university with a minimum grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale in the last two years
• A strong background in computer science, which includes coursework in algorithms, systems, software engineering, and computer architecture
• Established research potential, as evidenced by a statement of purpose, research experience, publications, or other proof of research accomplishment
• Applicants must submit an online application, along with transcripts, statement of purpose, research experience, and any other related required documents
