Homomorphic Encryption (HE) is a powerful cryptography. The HE can directly perform certain computations on cipher text and assures the encrypted data operations. The users can obtain the plaintext data by decrypting the ciphertext with the same computing. The HE-based security models may be partially homomorphic crypto-methods or fully homomorphic methods. The HE technique-s exploitation preserves users privacy and permits ready access to encrypted data over a public blockchain model. Further, it audits an employee management system that exploits blockchain technology. Ethereum smart contracts offer HE on ledger storage of Blockchain to accomplish efficient control and privacy.
