Abstract:

This paper provides an insight view about cognitive computing.It provides an overview about how and what kind of methodologies are required to develop cognitive computing.This article explains he dynamics of neural network and the functioning of mammalian brain.Cognitive computing is an elaborated form of cognitive informatics,neural informatics,and denotational mathematics.This article provides the information about the development, implementation and working of simulator.Moreover,it also acknowledges about the formation of artificial neuron from mammalian neuron.This article gives a brief idea about the scope of cognitive computing in future applications.
