Aim and Objectives:  
This project develops a Chained Secure Mode in IoT Using Cooja Simulator for Securing RPL Using Network Coding.
Contribution:  
1. A novel secure mode for RPL, the CSM, was designed and complemented with a proper recovery mechanism and integration capability with external security mechanisms.
2. A prototype of the proposed CSM was designed and implemented in Contiki Operating System.
Performance Evalution:  
The default simulator for Contiki OS - Cooja, was used for all the simulations.The random topology used in our evaluation with various network sizes, such as 15 and 30 nodes.
