In this paper, we propose a novel QoE based service-aware resource scheduling scheme for multi-mode wireless terminals in the wireless access network, the virtualization of radio access network leads to various virtual bus to offer efficient bandwidth resource for the media terminal to reach best of user experience, especially for the different popular level online streaming video. The quality of experience evaluation system is evolved beyond the QoS level, which means a new customer-centered network epoch. A SARS model is proposed that SARS server makes an optimized virtualization of the SGWs to VBs, so the MT can achieve both more wireless bandwidth and more satisfaction degree, which is shown in the simulation result for the different users groups.
